Vcan helmets use Pinlock 70 insert lenses which are custom fit to each Vcan model, ensuring better fog resistance coverage. The Pinlock 70 is the premium fog resistant solution for riders — enhanced with stronger fog resistant properties and extended fog resistant endurance to help you see better through challenging weather conditions.

How It Works

• Double Shield System: A silicon seal between the helmet face shield and the Pinlock insert lens creates a double glass-type solution that prevents fogging.
• Dry Hydrophilic Technology: The insert is made of moisture-absorbing plastic with a membrane-like surface that absorbs moisture, keeping the lens virtually dry in use.
• Air-Tight Pocket: The sealed air pocket significantly reduces the temperature difference between inner and outer surfaces, eliminating the cause of condensation.
• Continuous Clear Visibility: The Pinlock insert absorbs moisture on the inside, offering you uninterrupted clear vision in all weather conditions.
