Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Biker Kit UK, we aim to get your motorcycle clothing, helmets and accessories to you quickly, safely and reliably.

UK Delivery

We use DPD Next Day Delivery for our standard UK delivery service.

Delivery Charges

Orders over £60.00 — FREE DPD Next Day Delivery
Orders under £60.00 — £5.99 DPD Next Day Delivery
All deliveries are fully tracked

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information allowing you to follow your parcel through to delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. DPD Next Day Delivery means delivery is normally made on the next working day after your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed during weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Tracking Your Order

All Biker Kit UK orders are sent using a fully tracked DPD delivery service.

Once your parcel has been collected by DPD, tracking details will be provided so that you can monitor your delivery and receive updates from DPD.

Depending on the contact details provided when ordering, DPD may also provide delivery notifications by text message, email or through the DPD app.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Biker Kit UK cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Missed Deliveries

If nobody is available to accept your parcel, DPD may leave the parcel in a designated safe place, deliver it to a nearby DPD Pickup location or attempt delivery again.

Please refer to your DPD tracking information for the latest delivery options available for your parcel.

Delivery Delays

Although DPD Next Day is a next-working-day delivery service, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Severe weather
Road or transport disruption
Courier network delays
Bank Holidays
High seasonal demand
Incorrect delivery information
Events outside the reasonable control of Biker Kit UK or DPD

We will always do our best to assist if your delivery is delayed.

Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas

Some UK locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas, may take longer than one working day to arrive.

Additional delivery restrictions or charges may also apply to certain locations.

If your address is affected, we will contact you where necessary.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact Biker Kit UK as soon as possible.

Where possible, please take photographs of:

The outer packaging
Any visible damage to the parcel
The damaged product
The shipping label

This will help us investigate the issue with DPD and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

Around your property or designated safe place
With other members of your household
With neighbours
Your DPD tracking information

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact Biker Kit UK and we will assist with the investigation.

Delivery Restrictions

Our standard shipping policy applies to UK mainland deliveries.

Some products or destinations may be subject to additional delivery restrictions. Where this applies, we will notify you before completing dispatch wherever reasonably possible.
